The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has allowed "shooting in the forehead" at rallies that may take place in the republic amid unrest in Dagestan. He said this at a meeting, according to Russian media.
"If we have at least one person who goes out for unauthorized riots, detain and imprison him. Or make three warning shots in the air and then, if the person does not comply with the law, make a fourth shot in the forehead. They will not come out again. This is my order," the head of Chechnya said.
The head of the region's address was addressed to representatives of the Rosgvardia and the republic's Interior Ministry, who had prepared a report for the meeting. The topic was discussed in the context of the riots that took place at the Dagestan airport on August 29.
