The leaders of the Ukrainian real estate market have joined forces to create the Ukrainian Association of Developers to jointly develop the industry and contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraine. This information was published on the association's website.
The Ukrainian Association of Developers includes such companies as Stolitsa Group, KAN Development, Intergal-Bud, Ukrbud Invest, UDP, Rusanivka Invest, Perfect Group, RIEL, D-I-M, Poznyaky Zhil-Bud JSC (Taryan group), Ukrainian Building Systems, SAGA Development, Futura Hata, Kovalska Real Estate, IB alliance, NEST, Standard Consulting Group, Ave-New, and the Association of Western Ukrainian Developers.
Yevhen Favorov, Chairman of the Board of the Association, emphasized that the main goal of the association is to combine the knowledge and capabilities of leading companies for the development of Ukrainian cities.
He noted that urban renewal and development is an important task for Ukraine's economic recovery and overcoming the demographic crisis.
According to Favorov, the Ukrainian Association of Developers will serve as a platform for communication between business, experts, government, and local governments.
In the "Declaration of Founders," the association's members defined their vision of their role in the reconstruction process, including analytical work, participation in the creation of regulations and informing the media in Ukraine and foreign partners about the Ukrainian real estate market and opportunities for its development.
