Two Ukrainian children were killed in a rocket attack in the Gaza Strip on October 24. This was reported by the head of the Ukrainian Embassy to the Palestinian National Authority, Tekin, in a commentary to Suspilne.
The information about the deaths of the children was also confirmed by a representative of the Ukrainian community in the Gaza Strip.
According to him, the two dead children - a 9-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl - were brother and sister. Their mother is a Ukrainian, originally from Kharkiv. She survived.
According to the local Ministry of Health, which is controlled by Hamas, more than 700 people were killed in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours as a result of rocket attacks.
