This is stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The Ministry also believes that the peace process in the Middle East remains the basis for restoring regional stability and security.
"Ukraine has consistently supported the realization of the principle of two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security, and advocates the settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through political and diplomatic means," the statement reads.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expresses confidence that a fair, comprehensive and stable peace in the Middle East can be realized through the parties' unconditional implementation of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions and other international agreements.
