"The General Staff has no plans for additional mobilization, the Armed Forces have the necessary number of servicemen to conduct the military operations," Shoigu said.


According to Shoigu, more than 50,000 people signed contracts in September. And since the beginning of the year, more than 335,000 people have signed up for contracts and volunteer units.
