The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the action plan aimed at preventing the abuse by persons with significant influence on the economy and politics (oligarchs). This initiative was announced in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 827-r of September 19 and published on the official Government portal.


According to the annex to this order, the creation and implementation of the Register of Oligarchs is postponed for a three-month period after the end of martial law.


Previously, it was foreseen that the Register of Oligarchs would be created within three months after receiving the opinion of the Venice Commission on the law on oligarchs.
