During his stay in the Ukrainian capital, the US Secretary of State also plans to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
According to a senior State Department official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, the visit will include the announcement of more than $1 billion in new funding for Ukraine.
