President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the combat brigades that are in an active offensive in the Bakhmut direction, where he presented awards and clarified the problems related to the supply of Ukrainian units.
During the visit, Zelenskyy visited the following brigades: 93rd separate mechanized brigade "Kholodnyi Yar", 28th separate mechanized brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign and 92nd separate mechanized brigade named after Kosh Ataman Ivan Sirko.
The Head of State also met with Commander of the Ground Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi and discussed issues related to the current needs and problems of the units.
The military expressed the need for artillery shells, missiles for air defense systems, electronic warfare equipment, and evacuation vehicles.
Zelenskyy presented awards to the servicemen of the Khortytsia operational and strategic group of troops, including the Bohdan Khmelnytsky Order of the first and third degrees, the Order of Courage of the second and third degrees, and the Order of Princess Olga.
