The Security Service of Ukraine is conducting more than 20 searches in various regions in connection with the investigation of abuses related to the restoration of the country's energy infrastructure. This was reported by Suspilne with reference to the SBU press service.
It is noted that all actions of law enforcement agencies are carried out in accordance with the current legislation.
It is worth noting that the acting mayor of Chernihiv, Oleksandr Lomako, was among those who were searched. He said that the SBU came to his house in the morning. The decision to conduct the procedure was issued by the Shevchenkivskyi Court of Kyiv.
Lomako believes that the search is related to the procurement of equipment for the country's energy infrastructure.
