Flights from Catania airport resumed from 9 am on Monday, May 22.
It is noted that flights will be resumed "with certain restrictions, due to which delays are possible."
Passengers were urged to check the status of their flight with airlines.
Flights were suspended at Catania International Airport on Sunday after volcanic ash spewed onto the runways.
