Slovak President Zuzana Chaputova officially announced the composition of the new government.

The government will be headed by Ludovit Odor, vice-head of the National Bank of Slovakia.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be Myroslav Vlahovskyi, who was previously an adviser to the minister and a member of the team of the minister Myroslav Lajchak in the elections for the post of UN Secretary General. Since July 2017, he heads the Department of Strategic Communications of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia. The Ministry of Defense was headed by Martin Sklenar, who was previously the director of defense policy at the Ministry of Defense. He is a close associate of the previous pro-Ukrainian minister Yaroslav Nagy. He also worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for several years.
The biggest surprise was that the minister of economy will not be the current state secretary of the ministry Peter Shvets, but the former general director of the Slovak transmission system operator SEPS Peter Dovhun, the publication notes.
Livia Vashakova will be the Vice-Prime Minister in charge of the Plan for recovery, stability and use of EU funds. The Ministry of Finance will be headed by Michal Horvat, the Ministry of Transport - Pavol Lancarych, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development - Jozef Bires, the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization - Peter Balik, the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Ivan Shimko, the Ministry of Justice - Yana Dubovtsova - Sonya Gaborchakova, Ministry of Environmental Protection - Milan Hrenko, Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports - Daniel Butora, Ministry of Culture - Silvia Grontsova, Ministry of Health - Michal Palkovich.
