Turkish presidential candidate Kemal Kilicdaroglu accuses Russia of meddling in the presidential election.
He published a corresponding statement in Turkish and Russian on Twitter, "European Truth" reports.
Kylichdaroglu noted that the Russians are behind "montages, conspiracies, deep fakes and recordings" that were exposed in Turkey yesterday.
"If you want to continue our friendship after May 15, keep your hands off the Turkish state. We still stand for cooperation and friendship," he wrote.
Earlier it became known that one of the candidates in the presidential elections in Turkey, Muharrem Ince, withdrew his candidacy, expressing outrage at the discriminatory campaign launched against him, saying that he had not seen anything like it in all his years in politics.
Current Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is trailing his main rival Kemal Kilicdaroglu by more than five percentage points ahead of Sunday's presidential election, according to the latest poll. According to the poll, Erdogan is supported by 43.7% and Kilicdaroglu by 49.3%. This situation means that the winner will be determined by the second round, which should take place on May 28.
