The maximum amount of the project is 240,000 euros without VAT in hryvnia equivalent. Any private legal entity registered in Ukraine can take part in the program.

The second component of the program is to increase the entrepreneurial potential and develop the competencies of MSMEs with the help of professional support of project beneficiaries by management consultants of the All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants "CMC-Ukraine". Business representatives will receive consultations on a wide range of topics, including expansion of sales markets (including export), development and adaptation of strategies, operational and production efficiency, digital transformation, business relocation.

According to the terms of the program, applications for grant support are accepted until April 25, 2023.

"Over 100 Ukrainian enterprises will be able to benefit from grant support thanks to our European, particularly German, partners. We offer an effective support tool for continuous business development and preservation of its potential with affordable terms. The goal is strategically important: business will work - the country's economy will recover," noted Natalya Butkova-Vitvitska, a member of the board of Oschadbank, responsible for micro, small and medium-sized businesses.

Business lending is carried out within the framework of the Memorandum on cooperation in the financing of MSME enterprises within the framework of the international technical assistance program "Application and implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the field of trade".

According to data from the Opendatabot service, more than 51,000 new entrepreneurs appeared in Ukraine after February 24: 43,000 sole traders and 8,000 legal entities. The state and international organizations are trying to help business development during the war - with the help of grants.
