The European Union has strengthened sanctions against Russia.

According to the journalist, the ambassadors of the EU member states agreed on the 10th package of restrictions in the evening of February 24.
The new sanctions specifically tighten export restrictions on dual-use goods and technology.
The package also includes "targeted restrictive measures" against individuals and legal entities that support the war, spread propaganda or deliver UAVs used by the Russian Federation.
In addition, the sanctions provide for certain measures against the spread of Russian disinformation.
"Together, the member states introduced the strongest and most extensive sanctions in history to help Ukraine win the war. The EU is united with Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. We will support Ukraine as long as it takes," the Swedish presidency of the European Union said.

However, Poland is not satisfied with the tenth package of restrictions of the European Union, because it is too soft. The country proposes to add several points to it.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that the next package of EU sanctions against Russia can wait. The main thing is that he weakens the aggressor country as much as possible.
