The Emergency Directorate of Turkey (AFAD) writes about this.
"According to the latest information received, a total of 42,310 citizens died in the provinces of Kahramanmaras, Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Diyarbakir, Adana, Adiyaman, Osmaniye, Hatay, Kilis, Malatya and Elazig," the statement said.
According to their data, 448,018 citizens have been evacuated from the region.
In addition, the directorate reported that after the two earthquakes that occurred on February 6, another 7,184 aftershocks occurred.
