An Israeli parliamentary delegation headed by Yuliy Edelshtein, head of the Defense and International Policy Committee, arrived in Kyiv today. This was announced by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel Yevhen Korniychuk on the air of the telethon.
"Today, an Israeli parliamentary delegation headed by the head of the Defense and International Policy Committee, Yuliy Edelshtein, is in Kyiv," said Korniychuk.
According to him, the visit of the Knesset delegation to Ukraine a few days after the visit of Foreign Minister Eli Cohen shows that the Israeli political community "heard American colleagues who are not satisfied with the level of cooperation between Israel and Ukraine."
On February 16, the head of the Israeli Foreign Ministry arrived in Kyiv for the first time since the beginning of the invasion.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Eli Cohen, reported in Kyiv that his country will help Kyiv with the development of a "smart" warning system for aerial missile and drone attacks.
