AR reported that Norway is going to donate 75 billion kroner ($7.3 billion) to Kyiv as part of a five-year support package that will make the Scandinavian country one of the world's largest donors to Ukraine.
Norway will send Leopard tanks to Ukraine "as soon as possible".
