From Ukraine, the representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the NBU are conducting negotiations with the IMF mission, which today began its work on reviewing the Monitoring Program, in Warsaw, the Ministry of Finance reported.
"Today, February 13, the discussion of the IMF mission with representatives of Ukraine begins in order to prepare for the review of the Monitoring Program with the participation of the Board of Directors of the Fund. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine participate in the discussion from Ukraine. The meetings are held in the city of Warsaw, Poland." - the details were reported in the Ministry of Finance.
As reported, the four-month Monitoring Program is based on macroeconomic parameters agreed with the IMF, and determines the directions of the fiscal and monetary policy of the Government of Ukraine and the NBU to support economic stability.
