The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyі, spoke with the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, about the oil pipeline through which Hungary receives oil products. This was announced by the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak in Telegram.
"And now there is more good news. President Volodymyr Zelenskyі in the European Parliament spoke in detail about the sanctions against Rosatom. Ukraine has introduced them, and the next step is for the EU. It seems that everything will be fine. The majority supports anti-Russian sanctions, as well as a tribunal against Russian criminals," he said. Yermak added: "Volodymyr Zelenskyi reminded Viktor Orban that it is Ukraine that protects the oil pipeline through which Hungary receives oil products... The issue of using the frozen assets of the Russians for the benefit of Ukraine is also on the agenda."
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently drew attention to anti-Ukrainian rhetoric, which has been heard by the Hungarian leadership for a long time, and stated that it is completely unacceptable and causes serious damage to Ukrainian-Hungarian relations.
