President Volodymyr Zelenskyi received the report of the European Commission on the second part of the questionnaire filled out by Ukraine for promotion to membership in the European Union. The Head of State announced this at a joint press conference in Kyiv with the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

 "Mrs. President of the European Commission handed me today the report on the second part of the questionnaire that Ukraine filled out when acquiring the candidate. I am very glad that it is so thin, this is good news," said Zelenskyi.

 He emphasized that this report will become the basis for the further work of officials.

 Zelenskyi added that these days Ukrainian officials are working together with European partners to prepare the next phase of Ukraine's integration with the EU.

 The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, met in Kyiv with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, as a result, she promised economic support and positively assessed Ukraine's steps on the way to the EU.
