The armaments that Ukraine has already acquired and will soon receive from its partners will be sufficient for victory at the front. Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the NSDC, announced this today on the air of the national telethon.
According to him, there will be enough weapons not only to maintain the defense, but also for offensive operations.
Danilov is sure that the transfer of Leopard tanks to Ukraine will break the deadlock.
"We have been asking for these tanks since the summer. Now is the time when we will finally start receiving them. I emphasize, it is not about the quantity - it is about the beginning," he said.
Danilov reminded that Ukraine had not previously received heavy tanks from its allies, so their transfer would be a serious step. According to him, other partners will join the transfer of armored vehicles in the future.
The Secretary of the National Security Council also noted that after the next meeting of the contact group in the Rammstein format, scheduled for January 20, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will have many "interesting things."
"Thanks to all partners, we are holding the situation today. There will be not only tanks, I think there will be many more interesting things that we will learn about after the next Ramstein", he added.
