The advisor to the head of the President's Office, Mykhailo Podoliak, called the Christmas truce declared by the Russian president "hypocrisy" and offered to return the occupied Ukrainian territories in order for the truce to take place. He wrote about it on Twitter.
"First. Ukraine does not attack someone else's territory and does not kill the civilian population, as Russia does. Ukraine only destroys members of the occupation army on its territory. Second. Russia must leave the occupied territories - only then will a "temporary truce" begin. Leave the hypocrisy to yourself...", wrote Podolyak.
