Britain is "open" to providing Ukraine with longer-range weapons - Wallace

British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said he would be open to supplying Ukraine with longer-range weapons systems if Russia continues to shell civilian areas. This is reported by Sky News.

According to the publication, during a speech in parliament, Boris Johnson asked Wallace about the possible supply of longer-range missile systems to Kiev to destroy or damage the launch sites of Russian drones.

"I'm constantly reviewing the weapons systems we can provide," Wallace said.

He also added that it will be opened regarding the supply of long-range weapon systems to Ukraine if the shelling of civilian areas by the Russian military continues.

"We also have potential weapons systems that are more long-range, and if the Russians continue to target civilian areas and try to violate the Geneva Conventions, then I would be open to seeing what we do next," the minister said.
