During a meeting in Ankara, the head of the CIA, William Burns, and the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (FSI) of Russia, Sergei Naryshkin, were going to discuss the fate of the detained Americans and nuclear risks. At the same time, the journalist noted that the parties will not conduct any negotiations regarding the situation in Ukraine.
