Today, November 14, unannounced negotiations between the Russian and American delegations are taking place in the capital of Turkey.
This is reported by Kommersant.
It is known that the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation Serhiy Naryshkin flew to Ankara from the Russian side.
The details of the negotiations have not yet been disclosed.
Meanwhile, the Kremlin said that they could neither confirm nor deny the information about the talks in Ankara.
As Reuters writes, Turkish officials also refuse to comment on reports of talks between Russia and the United States.
It will be recalled that earlier the US State Department stated that they were waiting for clear signals from Russia regarding readiness for serious negotiations to establish peace in Ukraine.
