The mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is starting to work online at the request of the authorities of Ukraine for the monitoring program, will hold negotiations with representatives of Ukraine, according to the statement of the permanent representative of the IMF to Ukraine, published on Friday, November 11.

 "The IMF mission headed by Gavin Gray is starting discussions with representatives of Ukraine today in the context of continuing the discussion of the government's request regarding the monitoring program with the involvement of the IMF's Board of Executive Directors," said the post-representative of the IMF in Ukraine Vahram Stepanyan.

 According to the post-president of the IMF, the dialogue will be based on the results of the meetings held last month in Vienna, Austria.

 "The work of the mission will take place online," Stepanyan said.

 The NBU noted that, as part of the work with the International Monetary Fund, they are moving towards a schedule that will allow for the appropriate decision of the IMF to approve the monitoring program in early December.
