The nationalization of "Ukrnafta", "Motor Sichi" and other enterprises was necessary for Ukraine during the war. This will help meet the urgent needs of the Ministry of Defense. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, reported this to the Telegram channel.
"Our repulse of the enemy must be as effective and coordinated as possible. At a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, a decision was made to transfer the assets of strategically important enterprises to state ownership: JSC "Motor Sich", PJSC "Zaporizhtransformator", PJSC "AvtoKrAZ", PJSC "Ukrnafta", "Ukrtatnafta" " ", the president wrote.
According to Zelenskiy, the nationalization, which was carried out in accordance with the current laws, will help to ensure the urgent needs of the defense sector.
"In these difficult times, all forces should be directed to liberate our land and people, support the Ukrainian army," the president added.
