Medvedev allowed the return of the death penalty to the Russian Federation

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmytro Medvedev allowed the moratorium on executions in Russia to be lifted, in particular for "traitors" and "saboteurs". He reported this in Telegram.

He noted that "yellow-blue saboteurs" who disagree with the policy of the Russian Federation began to operate in Russia.

"That is, we accepted these bastards, gave them the opportunity to get an education. In response - terrorist attacks and sabotage," Medvedev said.

According to him, they can be equated with Russians, who set fire to military headquarters and destroy other state facilities.

"There was only one sentence for such scoundrels (during the Second World War) - execution without trial and investigation. Right at the scene of the crime. Because if you are a traitor who committed such a crime in wartime, then you have no age, no nationality, no even the right to protect one's life. Within the framework of the current Constitution, the moratorium on the death penalty can be overcome if necessary by changing the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Russia. This is a matter of choosing means to protect the interests of our people, the state and society," said the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation .
