US Deputy Secretary of State Karen Donfried has arrived in Kyiv for a visit, US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink said.
"Despite new Russian strikes on critical infrastructure, I welcomed Deputy Secretary of State Karen Donfried to Kyiv so she could hear from Ukrainians about how the U.S. can support Ukraine as it rebuilds and vacates territory amid ongoing shelling," - wrote Brink. on Twitter on Tuesday.
