The Verkhovna Rada can prematurely deprive people's deputies Vadym Rabinovych and Ihor Vasylkivskyi of their mandates. The relevant documents have already been submitted to the parliament. This is stated in draft resolutions 8160 and 8161 on the website of the parliament.

The author of the documents is Serhiy Kalchenko, head of the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Deputy Ethics and Organization of the Parliament's Work. He proposes to remove the powers of deputy from the banned OPZZ party Vadym Rabinovych and member of the "Servant of the People" faction Ihor Vasylkovskyi.

In both documents, the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi of July 18, 2022 No. 502/2022 regarding the termination of the citizenship of deputies is cited as the reason for the deprivation of the mandate.
