The Kremlin denies that it asked the President of Guinea-Bissau Oumar Sissok Embalo to convey to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy a proposal for negotiations from the President of the Russian Federation Volodymyr Putin. This was announced by Putin's press secretary Dmytro Peskov, rosZMI reports.
"There is no specific message in this case, and it was not discussed," said Peskov.
We will remind, yesterday, October 26, Oumar Sissou Embalo, after visiting Moscow, came to Kyiv and spoke at a press conference about Russia's alleged desire to start a dialogue. He said that Putin asked to convey to Zelenskiy a message about readiness for dialogue.
Zelenskiy replied that for dialogue it is necessary to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
