President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy, commenting on the mass attack by kamikaze drones that the Russian Federation carried out on Ukraine on Monday, October 17, said that terror must and will lose.
"In its evil, the current enemy unites, it seems, all the enemies of our statehood. It acts insidiously: it kills peaceful people, hits housing, infrastructure," the message of the head of state in Telegram reads.
Zelenskiy reminded that as a result of today's attack by the occupiers on an apartment building in Kyiv, four people have already died, among them a young family expecting a child.
"Terror must lose and will lose, and Ukraine will win. And will bring to justice every Russian terrorist, from commanders to privates, who carried out criminal orders," he wrote.
