The head of Norway's defense department, Björn Arild Gram, announced the country's intention to buy about 17,000 artillery ammunition for the needs of the Ukrainian army. As the press service of the Norwegian government reports, it is about the purchase of 122-mm and 152-mm caliber ammunition.
In addition, the Norwegian government once again announced its readiness to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with winter clothing and equipment for a total amount of 250 million Norwegian kroner (about $23.4 million).
In general, in 2022, Norway plans to allocate an additional 3 billion Norwegian kroner (about $281 million) to Ukraine.
