Zelenskiy noted that he presented the main points of his "peace formula" in an address to the UN General Assembly, and brought them up in an address to European leaders.
"The first is to punish the aggressor. Strengthen sanctions against Russia, stop any cooperation with the Russian Federation and its companies. Exclude it from all international organizations or at least suspend its membership, its opportunity is to distort the activities of international institutions, first of all the UN," the head said UN. state
According to him, in order to punish the aggressor, a special tribunal for the crime of aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine is needed, as well as an international compensation mechanism that will force Russia to compensate for the damages caused by them.

"By helping us, each of your states helps itself," Zelenskiy said.
The third point, according to him, is the restoration of security and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
"The fourth point is security guarantees. We need security guarantees before we join NATO. We are on this path and we will do it, together with you. Our proposals for security guarantees are presented to partners.
"The fifth is determination. During 225 days of full-scale war, we have all already shown that Europe can influence the issues of war and peace. But now, all together, we must make sure that the formula for war is completely blocked, and the formula for peace is fully implemented." , - the president emphasized.
