President Volodymyr Zelenskiy canceled a number of decrees on the cooperation of certain regions of Ukraine with Russia and Belarus.
By his decree No. 653, the head of state canceled a number of decrees from 1994 and 1996. Yes, the previous decrees are no longer valid:
No. 112 on the development of economic cooperation between the regions of Ukraine and the adjacent border regions of Russia (dated March 25, 1994);
No. 271 on economic cooperation of the regions of Ukraine with the border regions of Belarus and Moldova (from June 3, 1994);
No. 287 regarding involvement in economic cooperation of the Zaporizhzhya region (from June 9, 1994);
No. 495 on economic cooperation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea with neighboring territories of Russia.
