In Germany, the willingness to support refugees from Ukraine has somewhat decreased, compared to the first days of the war.
This is evidenced by the data of two DPA surveys, the results of which BILD cites.
At the beginning of March, every fourth German (27 percent) was ready to temporarily accept refugees from Ukraine at home, now this share has fallen to 17 percent.
As the research shows, in the summer almost every second (47 percent) could imagine working as a volunteer for refugees from Ukraine. In March, there were 58 percent of them.
