President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy held a meeting with Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Denmark Morten Bedskou and Minister of Defense of the Republic of Estonia Hanno Pevkur.

 As reported by the Office of the President of Ukraine, the head of state expressed gratitude to Denmark and Estonia for financial, humanitarian and defense assistance since the first days of the full-scale war with Russia.

 Zelenskyi separately thanked Estonia for allocating aid to Ukraine in the amount of 0.8% of the country's GDP.

 "You supported very powerfully. This is an example of a small country that is a big state. I and the Ukrainian people are very grateful for this," the president said.

 He also noted Denmark's significant contribution to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities by providing the necessary assistance and creating a new effective format - a conference of allies in support of Ukraine in Copenhagen.

 "Strengthening our army directly with weapons has become the highest priority for us. The stability and endurance of our state, security in Europe depends on it. It is extremely important that you strengthen Ukraine in terms of security and military, supplying us with the weapons we need so much right now to de-occupy our territories." , - emphasized Zelenskiy.

 The President also separately thanked for the help to Ukrainians who were forced to leave the country because of the war.
