Land plots of Medvedchuk's wife were seized in Lviv Oblast

The court in the Lviv region seized three plots of land belonging to Oksana Marchenko, the wife of People's Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk, accused of treason. This is reported by the Prosecutor General's Office and the Security Service of Ukraine.

The investigation established that the owner of the land plots worth 2 million hryvnias was a private enterprise, the ultimate owner of which is Marchenko.

The land was illegally owned by the wife of a traitorous People's Deputy. In 2019, the district state administration handed over the precinct to the enterprise. However, no entries were made in the "Book of State Registration of State Deeds of Ownership".

The company entered unreliable data into official documents. In this way, Marchenko's company appropriated plots located in a tourist-attractive region near the city of Stryi. Later, the construction of tourist facilities began there.

Currently, the issue of transferring plots to ARMA management is being resolved, and a criminal case has been opened for abuse of official position (part 1 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code).
