Russian oppositionist, ex-State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomaryov claims that the "National Republican Army" is behind the murder of Daria Dugina. He stated this on the air of the YouTube channel "February Morning".

 The politician said that he had established contact with the fighters of this group through the "Rospartizan" resource, where their appeal was published in the telegram.

 According to Ponomaryov, the partisans expected that not only Daria Dugin would be in the car, but also her father, the philosopher and ideologue of "Russian World" Oleksandr Dugin. And the date chosen for blowing up the car was not chosen by chance - "exactly a year ago, Dugin wrote a tweet about the need to kill."

 It is impossible to verify the authenticity of Ponomaryov's statements.

There are speculations that they were supposed to return to Moscow together and that the target of the attempt was Dugin himself.
