Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba called on the world to respond harshly to the terrorist attack of the Russian occupants after Russia struck the gurty in Kharkiv. About this the minister wrote on Twitter.
"The Russians struck a residential neighborhood in Kharkiv, killing at least 6 and injuring at least 16 people. russia continues to kill people in the middle of europe. The only way to put Putin down is to give Ukraine maximum military assistance and impose tough sanctions against Russia", the statement reads.
The Russian occupants shelled Kharkiv. The guerrillas hit the Saltiv district. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Administration Oleg Sinegubov reported 7 dead and 16 wounded, including an 11-year-old child.
