At the next plenary session, which will take place next week, the Verkhovna Rada will appoint a new chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General. This was announced in his Telegram people's deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
"Next week and the next plenary session will appoint both the new head of the SBU and the new Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The first issues on the agenda," - wrote the deputy.
At the same time, Zheleznyak added that other personnel changes are also possible.
The Verkhovna Rada's website has not yet registered the relevant resolutions on nominations for the posts of the head of the Security Service of Ukraine and Prosecutor-General of Ukraine.
