Podolyak: Russian attacks on peaceful Ukrainian cities are not a mistake, but a military strategy

Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, said that Russian attacks on peaceful Ukrainian cities are not a mistake, but an approved military strategy.

"Vinnytsya, Kremenchug, Chasov Yar, Kharkiv. It is important to understand: Russian attacks on peaceful Ukrainian cities are not a mistake, but an approved military strategy. Russia is unable to defeat the AFU in battle, so it resorts to barbarism: terrorist attacks, destruction of infrastructure and massacres of civilians," he wrote on Twitter.

According to Podolyak, the Kremlin lives by the manual of warfare of the Middle Ages.

"They believe that with brutal crimes they can break the will of Ukraine and force "peace at any cost." But it doesn't work: each terrorist attack only unites society and brings Russia closer to defeat. The time of reckoning will come," he wrote.
