Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov denied rumors of an alleged conflict between President Volodymyr Zelensky and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny. He said this in an interview with Natalia Moseychuk.
Asked about rumors of a conflict between Zelensky and Zaluzhny, as well as other members of the Supreme Commander's rate, Danilov said that such information was "absolute nonsense."
"We found ourselves in a state of war, 21 members of the rate of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief are aware of their responsibility. At the meeting of the Stake, I addressed and asked everyone that you can not engage in political issues during the war. It should be taboo, we need victory," he said.
He noted that "all these things beginning to be replicated in the media are not true."
"There has to be victory first. The issue of unity in the country should be the number one issue," summarized the secretary of the NSBO.
