Canada has imposed personal sanctions against 29 more people in connection with Russia's war against Ukraine. This is reported by UP.

The government said that 29 more people - representatives of Russian sources of disinformation and propaganda, and 15 companies involved in these activities - were added to the sanctions list.

In particular, the list includes Vladimir Gundyaev (Kirill), Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, and propagandist Olga Skabeyeva.

Roskomnadzor, Rossiya 1, NTV, Rossiya 24, Vesti.Ru, RT, Sputnik, Rossotrudnichestvo, news agencies TASS and REGNUM, Gazprom Media, National Media Group, All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company and Smotrim were added to the list of legal entities subject to sanctions.

Overall, Canada has banned thousands of Russian citizens, including President Vladimir Putin, from entering the country as part of the sanctions imposed on Russia for the unleashed war.
