Court bans Muraev's party

The Eighth Court of Appeal in Lviv on Tuesday, June 14, banned the party "Nashi" of former MP Yevhen Muraev.

This is reported on the page of the court on Facebook.

"On June 14, the panel of judges of the Eighth AAC completed consideration of administrative case No. 857/9/22 to ban the political party "Nashi," the message reads.

According to the court decision, in addition to the ban on the activities, the funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary organizations and other structural formations are transferred to the state.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the suspension of the activity of OPZZ and a number of other parties. This list included: "Opposition Platform - for Life", "Shariya Party", "Nashi", "Opposition Bloc", "Left Opposition", "Union of Left Forces", "State", "Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine", "Socialist Party of Ukraine", "Socialists", "Bloc of Vladimir Saldo".

In addition, on June 13, the same court banned the "Socialists" party and the "Justice and Development" party.
