US President Joe Biden answered a key question about Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This is stated in a large interview with the head of the United States for ABC news_copy.
When asked whether Biden considers Putin a murderer, he answered in the affirmative.
Biden noted that Putin will pay for his crimes, in particular, it was about Russia's large-scale efforts to tarnish Biden's reputation on the eve of the presidential election. He added that he had already warned the Russian president about this during a telephone conversation at the end of January.
"He will pay the price. We talked for a long time, he and I (...) And the conversation began with the fact that I said:" I know you, and you know me. If I establish that this has happened, then be prepared," Biden explained.
