Canada has blocked 412.1 million Canadian dollars ($328 million) that were in Russian accounts or were involved in transactions involving sanctioned individuals.
The Canadian police said in a statement on their website.
"From February 24 to June 7, assets in Canada totaling approximately the equivalent of C$123,031,866.85 were frozen and transactions totaling approximately the equivalent of C$289,090,090.74 were blocked," the statement said.
It also notes that due to Privacy Act restrictions, no further information about these figures can be provided at this time, but they will be updated periodically.
