The families of the sailors from the cruiser "Moscow" are forced to withhold information about their dead relatives. If they refuse, they are threatened with non-payment of compensation and criminal prosecution. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
"The families of the sailors of the cruiser "Moscow" are forced to withhold information about their dead relatives. Social tension among the relatives of the Russians who died on the Moskva cruiser continues to grow," the report said.
As noted, to improve the difficult psychological state of the family members of the crew of the former flagship of the Black Sea Fleet, which sank on April 14 this year, a special group of psychologists, medics and lawyers is working with the relatives of the sailors.
The main purpose of the group is to prevent the leakage of information about the dead and missing occupants.
They try to persuade the relatives not to talk to anyone about their sons and men who served on the cruiser. If they refuse, they are threatened with non-payment of compensation and criminal prosecution.
In Sevastopol, during the meeting of the Commander of the Black Sea Fleet with the relatives of the dead sailors the building of the fleet officers was guarded by the military police, and the Commander himself was accompanied by a group of special troops. Some of the relatives did not come to the meeting with the Navy commanders in protest.
We recall that on April 13, the head of the Odesa RSA, Maxim Marchenko, reported that the cruiser "Moskva" left exactly where the Ukrainian border guards had sent it on Snake Island.
As it became known, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out two strikes on the Russian ship with Neptun missiles.
On the evening of April 14, the Russian Ministry of Defense admitted that the cruiser sank.
