President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed security guarantees and increased defense support with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Saturday.
Zelensky said this on Twitter.
"Had another telephone conversation with Boris Johnson as part of a regular dialogue. We talked about strengthening defense support for Ukraine, intensifying work on security guarantees, fuel supplies to Ukraine," the president said.
He added that we "must jointly prevent a food crisis and unblock Ukrainian ports."
According to media reports, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is proposing to create a new international alliance which would oppose Russia and become an alternative to the EU, and Ukraine has already received an offer to join it.
