Finland has allocated additional funds for the implementation of the Council of Europe programme for Ukraine for 2018-2022 and the next in the amount of 2 million euros.
This was stated in the communiqué of the Council of Europe.
"The Finnish government has made a new voluntary contribution of €2 million to support the implementation of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022 and the subsequent action plan, increasing its overall support to €3.57 million," the communiqué said.
This and other agreements on Finland's support for certain areas of the Council of Europe's work were signed on May 16.
